John and Jane Corbin welcome you to AbacusVR, we are originally from the island of Guernsey and have lived just outside Benidorm for the past six years.
During this time we identified the need for good quality holiday rental services. We have various villas and apartments with virtual tours that you can view to enable you to make the right choice.
The properties are all prepared to the highest standard by ourselves. We can arrange return transfers from airport, meet and greet at property, welcome grocery packs if required.
We are proud to offer an individual friendly service to help make your holiday a most enjoyable one. Prices start from as little as £175.00 per week dependant on time of year.
Homeowners, You have invested a considerable amount of money on your property, and will want it looking after and kept in good condition, even when you are not there.
We are set up for looking after villas, houses, apartments etc, in the Benidorm, Finestrat, Villajoyosa and surrounding area’s. There are a limited number of spaces available as we wish to keep it personal and tailored for individuals needs. Please note examples of services listed below.
Please Note :- No contract or deposit fees required.
Key Holding, With a weekly security check, running taps, checking utilities etc, and airing of property, plus monthly Email or phone call to report all is well.
Meet & Greet, If you have let your property out, we can arrange return airport transfers or just meet your clients with the keys at the door and familiarize them with the property.
Welcome Packs, Either for you or guests so as not to have to go out shopping when you first arrive at the property, just unpack and relax.
Change Overs, Includes general dust/clean, wash dry and replacing bed linen etc, and check property for return of deposits, prices dependant on 1,2,3 Bed/Sofa etc.
Maintenance Etc, Any painting, decorating, fitting/replacing electrical switches, lamps, washing machines etc, or reasonable d.i.y. household or garden jobs, including looking after plants, cleaning windows etc, to complete spring-clean. If you have any vehicles at the property we can check and start them up, check levels etc for continued reliability.
